Draft a new email to support@cybasp.com
Please be sure to include the following information.
- Your Name
- Company Name
- Call back number
- The username you use to log in (if applicable)
- Description of your issue.
If an issue requires immediate attention, you can send the email with High Importance. You may also want to consider giving us a phone call if the issue needs the fastest response.
Please do not respond to an existing email for new issues. Be sure to send a new email for each issue to support@cybasp.com.

When all agents are busy, you will be given the option to leave a voice mail. When you leave a voice message, a ticket is created and assigned to a technician. They will reach out as soon as possible.
Please be sure to include the following
- Your name
- Company name
- Call back number
- The username you use to log in (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
Please note, If you are calling about an existing ticket, provide the existing ticket number if you have that available. Otherwise, let us know that you have an existing ticket and we can look up the ticket number.
